01Article · Augmentation vs lengthening

Augmentation and lengthening,
not the same procedure.

Penile augmentation and penile lengthening address different concerns. Augmentation generally refers to girth, which is the circumference of the shaft. Lengthening relates to apparent length. RevAesthetic provides consultations for non-surgical penile augmentation and does not offer penile lengthening, penile fat grafting or other surgical girth procedures.

02In short

Augmentation and lengthening are separate procedures. Augmentation generally addresses girth, while lengthening relates to apparent length. Neither is a treatment for erectile function. RevAesthetic's consultation scope is limited to non-surgical penile augmentation, and a written quote is provided only after individual assessment.

03What each procedure actually changes

Girth, or length,
not both by default.

Girth is the circumference of the shaft. Non-surgical penile augmentation relates to girth and does not lengthen the penis. RevAesthetic discusses this service only after individual assessment.

Apparent length is a separate concern. Penile lengthening does not increase circumference and is not offered at RevAesthetic. Penile fat grafting and other surgical girth procedures are also outside the clinic's service scope.

The term "penile augmentation" is used in different ways online. At consultation, Dr Nara first clarifies whether your concern relates to girth, apparent length or both. The penile augmentation page explains the clinic's service, and the girth augmentation article answers common questions about girth concerns.

04Four assumptions, corrected

What patients assume,
and what is actually true.

""Augmentation" and "lengthening" are two names for the same procedure."

They describe different concerns. Augmentation generally refers to girth, which is the circumference of the shaft. Lengthening relates to apparent length and is not offered at RevAesthetic.

"If a clinic offers one, it offers the other."

Not necessarily. RevAesthetic provides consultations for non-surgical penile augmentation. Penile lengthening, penile fat grafting and other surgical girth procedures are not offered.

"Whichever procedure gives the biggest result is the right choice."

No specific outcome should be assumed from a website. Suitability, potential risks and uncertainty need to be discussed after individual assessment.

"Recovery is basically the same for both."

Recovery depends on the procedure and the individual. RevAesthetic does not offer penile lengthening, so the consultation and after-care information at this clinic relate only to its non-surgical penile augmentation service.

05Can the two be done together

At RevAesthetic,
the answer is no.

RevAesthetic does not offer penile lengthening, penile fat grafting or a combined girth and lengthening procedure. Its service in this area is limited to non-surgical penile augmentation. The consultation can clarify whether your concern relates to the service available at this clinic.

06Results and recovery

Individual and uncertain,
discussed at consultation.

Outcomes and recovery vary between patients. No specific measurement, appearance or recovery time can be promised in advance. Dr Nara discusses potential risks, uncertainty, activity restrictions and after-care after assessing you.

RevAesthetic does not provide outcome or recovery advice for penile lengthening because it does not offer that procedure. If your concern is apparent length, the consultation can clarify that this is outside the clinic's service scope.

07Who may be suitable for consultation

A clinical question,
answered at consultation.

Not every enquiry becomes a booking. Dr Nara assesses whether the non-surgical penile augmentation service may be suitable and may advise against proceeding. Factors discussed include:

  • 01You can explain whether your concern relates to girth, apparent length, or both.
  • 02Your goals are your own, not a partner's, not a comparison to content you have seen online.
  • 03You understand that cosmetic augmentation is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction or a performance concern.
  • 04You are not pursuing a procedure under pressure or in an active mental-health context where another conversation should come first.
  • 05You are prepared for an individual assessment and understand that Dr Nara may advise against proceeding.

08Frequently asked questions

Questions patients,
actually ask.

What's the difference between augmentation and lengthening?

Augmentation generally refers to girth, which is the circumference of the shaft. Lengthening relates to apparent length. They are distinct procedures, and RevAesthetic does not offer penile lengthening.

Which concern does RevAesthetic assess?

RevAesthetic provides consultations for non-surgical penile augmentation. If your concern relates to apparent length, Dr Nara can explain that penile lengthening is outside the clinic's service scope.

Can augmentation and lengthening be done together at RevAesthetic?

No. RevAesthetic does not offer penile lengthening or penile fat grafting. The clinic's consultation in this area relates only to non-surgical penile augmentation.

What result is realistic?

Outcomes vary between patients and no specific measurement or appearance can be promised in advance. Dr Nara discusses suitability, potential risks and uncertainty after assessing you. Doing nothing remains an option.

How is recovery discussed?

Recovery depends on the individual and the care provided. Dr Nara discusses expected discomfort, activity restrictions, after-care and when to contact the clinic during consultation. RevAesthetic does not provide recovery advice for penile lengthening because it does not offer that procedure.

What should I ask at consultation?

Ask what the service can and cannot address, what risks apply to you, what uncertainty remains, what after-care is involved and what the written quote includes. You can also check Dr Nara's registration on the public AHPRA register before booking.

09How to begin
